Order Fulfillment
Product orders are typically submitted to our distribution partner within one business day. Allow two to three business days for processing. Shipping is available throughout the United States for a $12.95 flat rate, and local pickup is free. We'll contact you if an item is unexpectedly unavailable.
Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days. Opened cleaners and chemicals are final sale. Customers pay return postage unless an order is damaged or incorrect; damage and order errors must be reported within seven days.
